Who provides the app

Game data on your device
The app stores your current board, high scores, settings, crystal balance, unlocked skins, purchase transaction identifiers and no-ads entitlement expiry on your device. It does not require a separate game account. This version has no publisher-operated cloud wallet or cross-device crystal sync.
Store purchases
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple In-App Purchase on iPhone and Google Play Billing on Android. The app receives product and transaction information and subscription status to deliver crystals and disable automatic interstitial advertising. We do not receive your full card details. Apple processes information under its Privacy Policy; Google processes information under its Privacy Policy.
Unity services and advertising
The app uses Unity technology, Unity In-App Purchasing and Unity Ads. When these services operate, Unity may process device, app, network and transaction information, IP-derived general location, diagnostics, and advertising interactions. These support service delivery, ad measurement, purchase operations and fraud prevention. Our app sets advertising consent metadata to decline personalized advertising before initializing Unity Ads and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission for personalized tracking. This does not mean that no technical or advertising data is processed. See Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for its data practices and privacy choices.
Automatic interstitial advertising is disabled while a verified no-ads subscription is active. Optional rewarded videos remain available, including for subscribers, only when the player chooses to watch one for crystals. The subscription does not turn off store purchase processing or all technical processing by Unity services. Rewarded videos are optional and crystals are granted only when the ad reports completion.
Information we do not request
The game does not ask you to provide contacts, photos, microphone recordings, precise GPS location, or a separate game-account password. If you contact support, we process the information you choose to include to respond to your request.
Storage, sharing and choices
Local game records remain on your device until removed. Device backups are controlled by your device and platform backup settings. Support messages are kept as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. Apple, Google and Unity may retain their own records under their policies and may process data internationally. We do not operate a service that sells your locally stored game board or crystal balance.
You can delete the app’s local data by removing the app; deleting the app does not cancel a store subscription. Previously consumed crystal purchases cannot be restored through Restore Purchases like a subscription. Contact us before deleting the app if you need help with a paid balance. Manage subscriptions in Apple account settings or Google Play subscriptions, depending on where you purchased. For privacy requests relating to publisher-held information, contact us; for Apple-, Google- or Unity-controlled records, use their privacy channels.
Audience and changes
The app is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us. We may update this policy when the app or its services change and will update the date above.
